In process, dealer found they could not scan the computer with the proprietary VCDS scanner due to an aftermarket radio present; I replaced the aftermarket radio with the factory one, they then found they could not scan the Powertrain Communications Control Module, which was required to troubleshoot the emissions system repair. They found the problem to be a "broken wire" to the PCCM and fixed that also. |
