2011 Nissan LEAF 4dr Hatch

107-horsepower Electric 1-speed automatic FWD

182873 mi

US $96
Noise when starting to move forward, in reverse or when not maintaining constant speed. Axle nut lubricated and tightened to spec.
52000 mi CV joints were making a loud clicking noise when accelerating from a stop or slowing to a stop. Dealer applied TSB which included removing and greasing the axles which eliminated the noise.
36000 mi EV System Warning Light illuminated after failed charge event. Diagnostic codes read and interpreted by dealer and charging system tested OK. Cleared codes and returned to service.
48000 mi Clicking sound when starting and stopping. Dealer replaces washers and greased splines. TSB, not a recall. I also reported a "clunking" sound then turning to the left, but dealer said sound was normal (even though it had just started).
