4000 mi Water was pooling on the front floorboards. It was resolved by replacing half windows and examining roof 
29760 mi door hinges were rusting. Replaced under warranty. 
16300 mi Manual transmission shift knob fell apart. Replaced under warranty. 
29000 mi Manual transmission shift knob fell apart again. Leaking water over front passenger door. Dealer unable to fully reproduce problem. Need to return when raining.

24000 mi Front Passenger side door seal bad allowing water to trickle in during rain or car wash. Replaced seal which fixed leak issue. 
Freedom tops leaked. Appeared to be missing some weather stripping/seals from the factory.

13000 mi Driver seat has squeak - suspect seat track. However, I asked about any TSBs and the dealer found one for a squeak caused by the seat belt receiver bottom. Dealer ordered part IAW TSB. Awaiting parts to arrive for install.

10280 mi The door was incorrectly adjusted so it was letting wind in through the top front corner. It took a long time to find because it sounded like a rubber seal for the removable roof panel was leaking. Once they found the issue the fix was quick
