18000 mi Windshield washer stopped working = bad pump
28700 mi Windshield washer stopped working again for the front and back washers. Garage door opener doesn't recognize/will not memorize 1 of 3 garage door remotes. But the dealer's loaner QX60 worked when I took it home. PART REPLACEMENT DID NOT WORK.

31620 mi A/C wasn't working at all. Apparently a known problem wit the car. A follow-up visit was required because the part was back ordered.

I paid to have the telematics device upgraded and was to get one year free of their service, similar to On Star. It does not work. They said they would let me know if they can fix it.
75000 mi The Infiniti connect system. Visit the dealer several times. Hasn't worked for over a year.
85000 mi

US $300
Fuel level indicators intermittently stop working. Then check engine light came on. I went to dealer concerned that there was a serious problem. The light was coded to reveal a problem with the fuel sensing system. Needed part, estimate $400 to repair. Cost $71 to diagnose. I am trying to find a local, independent shop to do this, hopefully cheaper.
85000 mi

US $200
fuel gauge intermittant. engine light on this was recommended by the shop manual but did not fix the problem, needed to move on to the next recommended repair fuel gauge was intermittently failing. the next repair was to replace the entire gauge cluster, using a part found on the internet as the factory part was over $1000. This repair was successful.
87000 mi

US $150
a/c failed. only recently dealer installed new hoses and recharged. recharge with fluid that includes tracer. this worked for a while but is failing, need to find leak. I blame the incompetent dealer service for this. first the hoses leaked because they were not replaced when the radiator and transmission were replaced (twice) when the hoses were replaced the system still leaked (leaks) . a new visit to correct this is planned in the near future.
90000 mi

US $2200
Alternator failed. Front end needed to be removed in order to replace. system leaking gas from the compressor. but condenser broke when replacing. other parts needed replacement, all only available from the manufacturer. believed that previous work by the dealer caused these problems
100000 mi key fob not recognized. need to hold to starter switch to start. I am fearful of driving long distance because I don't know if the car will always start by holding fob to starter.
7000 mi Passenger side airbag sensor recall. Passenger side airbag light would often stay illuminated with OFF sign despite my wife being on the seat. It was a random issue and we happened to receive the recall letter before this problem was reported to dealer.
26660 mi Volume Down and Source buttons on steering wheel intermittently unresponsive when cold. Displays set to metric would on occasion appear in US units. This may revert back to metric on next start. Dealer thinks fobs need reprogramming.
