Extremely High Oil Consumption (1 Quart over 1200 miles). Had to have the short block replaced, and the heads resurfaced. This is a known issue with these vehicles, and the repairs were covered in full by a class action lawsuit.
Replace short block due to engine oil consumption failure under warranty.

The Check engine light came on. The cause was oil leaking into the A/F(air-fuel) sensor. The front cover of the engine was taken off and resealed to stop the oil leak. The A/F sensor was replaced.
