6500 mi Part of the structure between the the passenger side doors below the B pillar had to be re-welded to eliminate a rattle. Not done correctly at the factory. Was completed under warranty.

5000 mi The clips retaining the front seat backs in place are poorly designed and fail allowing the seat back panels to loosen and pull away or fall off the seat. Known issue. 
5800 mi Dealer installed back ordered part to repair defective seatback retaining clips. 
30000 mi One of the rubber bellows on the sunroof hinges detached, came loose, and hung down into the interior of the vehicle. 
22000 mi Back of driver and passenger seats had to be replaced due to defective fasteners 
14000 mi The seatback trim kept detaching. When someone rode in the back seat the plastic would rest against their knees. It was embarrassing and laughable and took Toyota nearly five months to rectify.
