C $89		 One rear shock was dead, both were replaced under warranty. Sound system 'mode' changes all by itself, when starting car / driving off... goes from FM to USB as if the mode button had been pressed... The repair was not completely successful, it still changes but only once per trip as previously would often be multiple times per trip.
