2016 Nissan Maxima 4dr Sedan

300-horsepower 3.5L V6 7-speed shiftable CVT FWD

16000 mi No xm signal. Issue persisted for months. Dealer attempted to first replace head unit. More months went by, dealer finally agreed to replace antenna which resolved issue. Seat memory stopped working. Moisture leak in fog lights 
6000 mi Odd smell from A/C system after it is turned off - smells like a combination of mildew and paint. Dealer performed no fix. 
27900 mi Front headlight assembly had to be replaced, LED lighting stopped working on passenger side. 
5000 mi Drivers side aux light not working. No power to 12v outlet. 
22000 mi Warranty repair on rear drivers side door and gas door lock solenoids. Aux lighting and 12v repaired. 
22000 mi 3 times the audio/nav system would shut off while driving and the car needed to be stopped, turned off and back on. Right rear speaker buzzes at loud bass. 
30000 mi Radio still crashing, requiring restart of the car. The early warning front collision system would give false alarms of an impending collision, usually just with a flashing warning and beeping, but one time, hit the brakes on an empty highway.

Remote start would not work sometimes since delivery of car. took multiple trips before able to reproduce in front of tech. They had to reseat the body control module. Front door sensor was not registering door open most of the time. Took multiple trips before able to reproduce in front of tech. They replaced the door sensor 
9000 mi Driver memory system kept losing setting, tech was unable to reproduce. XM Radio would lock up for up to 5 minutes when car is started. all other functions (ipod,radio) worked fine while it was locked up and the XM radio would say no signal but you can here the station, tech ordered wrong radio, lost backup cam 
14000 mi Replacement radio had older mad data sd card. New card caused radio to reset all setting. Later on that day radio would not boot. Dealer had to put the old one back in. Waiting for new card to come in they think it was the wrong version 
15000 mi Seat memory intermittently loses settings. Repair attempt failed. Still working on repair. 
15500 mi Dealer replaced memory seat pcb. Symptoms have lessened, but not completely gone.
