| May 20189000 mi | Did a software update to fix transmission recall item regarding slipping randomly out of park.I've been highly disappointed with Rams maintenance program. There's been an outstanding recall my truck now for about two years regarding the water pump catching on fire and some vehicles. My Ram dealer tells me that I'm still about number 75 in line to get this repair, and apparently they are only repairing a few at a time due to lack of parts. My personal opinion is that DOT should lean on Fiat-Chrysler and get this done. Either that Or Ram should have to give customers a new truck under the lemon laws of individual states. I cannot understand why such a dangerous potential could be allowed to continue. There is a piece of plastic that holds the leather down on both seats, located at the front edge underneath the seat. This piece of plastic had repeatedly come loose on my passenger seat. The dealer fixed the retainer that holds the plastic so that it would not pop off anymore. | ||
