| 20460 mi | Sunroof shade does not slide freely in track. Tension increases when shade is about 1/2 way back...dealer misunderstood issue and tasked tech to diagnose wind noise and slow sunroof (glass) operation. Will address at next service interval. |
| 29760 mi | Sunroof shade assessed and dealer reported a separate service appointment would be required as the entire headliner would need to be removed. Movement of sunroof shade was much improved, presumably after being worked over by technician (loosened up). Opted not to proceed with invasive repair for fear of causing secondary issues with interior fit and finish. |
