133000 340 New brakes installed.
134000 240 Motor mount replaced
138000 0 There's a clunking noise that occurs about half the time when I step on the brakes. I brought it in before, and he fixed the motor mounts, but that didn't fix the problem. The cigarette lighter stopped getting electricity, so I couldn't charge my GPS or my phone. They needed more time to fix it, so I had to bring it back in in September.
138000 150 Cigarette lighter no longer charged GPS or phone. The shop needed more time to fix it, so I came back in after Labor Day. Check engine light came on (not related to the gas cap). The mechanic scanned the code and told me it was related to the emission system, cleared it, and told me to come back if it comes back on.

108500 550 Problem with radiator.
135160 800 Clutch release bearing went out and it had to be replaced.
137640 1900 Transmission had to be replaced due to bearing wear. There was no problem with the clutch release bearing but the shop didn't know that till the car was put back together. I went with a very low mile used transmission because a new one was to much money.
227540 50 I replaced the factory pads at 355,000 km's just on the front and still has the factory rotors.
309380 2000 5 speed tranny had to be replaced for the second time in 500,000 km's. It seems to be a common problem for the 5 speeds.

35000 0 An ongoing problem. They replaced all parts in the rear suspension that they possibly could. Lemon Law Complaint started. Toyota settled out of court for $2,000... This after spending Mucho $$$ to try to fix it. We are still driving the car. Center console door has to be replaced.
35000 0 The car is now history. It was traded in and is now someone else's problem. We received our check from Toyota and kissed it good bye. Never figured out what the cause of the problem was.

175000 130 Exhaust manifold gasket needed to be replaced.
178000 50 Front brake pads needed to be replaced.
196000 47 Check engine came on, had it reset and light hasn't returned yet. Car makes noise when steering locked left or right. Also other noises from suspension while driving.
