Transmission shifting rough at times. Technician found transmission fluid low due to leaking inverter gasket. Replaced gasket and filled transmission fluid to correct levels.

Continued to have rough shifting at low speeds (felt like I was being rear-ended) and sluggish shifting when merging. Reprogrammed transmission (I think this might be the fifth time they've done this). Covered under transmission warranty.
The shift (knob) module failed. It began with the vehicle not shifting out of park. Ignition was on, foot on brake, the knob turned, but the indicator stayed on "P" and just blinked. Took it to the dealership, they said we don't know, good luck. A couple of days later it left my wife and kids stranded in a parking lot after dark- the knob was locked and wouldn't turn at all. After 7 or 8 ignition cycles it finally worked.
Took it to the dealership, they replaced the shifter knob module, and haven't had any more issues since then.
