Engine main seal leaking oil. Was not found on driveway due to areo shielding. But saw it on CV boot. Under warranty but est is $800 
17000 mi Head gasket recall. Factory installed incorrect gasket.

I noticed that my coolant was disappearing. After 2 trips to the dealer to fill it up, 3 months later the head gasket failed for a second time after the original recall. Ford did not cover the faulty recall work. Luckily I had the extended warranty and had to pay the deductible.

4788 mi Pressure tested engine under Ford Customer Service Program 17B32. Car failed pressure test, so the engine was inspected for evidence of coolant in the cylinders. Evidence found so both the head gasket and cylinder head were replaced. 
18457 mi Repair oil leak: Install new turbo oil return tube gasket and o-ring. Install new oil feed tube banjo bolt washers.
