Tire blowout on the BQE; expletives ensued. Temporary spare is woefully inadequate for driving with any modicum of confidence. Tire replacement cost at the dealer was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than Tire Rack. Displeasure at the expense and inconvenience was declared most effectively via the use of aforementioned expletives. Never again. |

Nail in tire that was replaced after the blowout in March. Thankfully replaced under warranty. 1st oil and filter change was performed, too. |

Bad luck. The right rear tire (the same one that blew out and was replaced; subsequently got a nail in it and was replaced) blew out on Sunrise Highway on the way to our home in Montauk. Roadside assistance took 3 hours to arrive and tow to nearest dealer, by which time all dealers were closed. After much complaining, car was retrieved and towed to the dealer of choice where the tire was replaced for the third time. Unfortunately, 19" tires were not in stock, so we were placed in a rental to continue our weekend. Even the staff at the dealer and the tire manufacturer had to remark on the number of times I've had tires replaced in 6 months of ownership. Not pleased. |

Drivers side wiper drags water back across the windshield as it comes back down from the far left vertical. It makes seeing difficult in the rain & freezes in winter weather. The service advisor advised to replace the wiper inserts because other repairs would be more costly. That fix of course didn’t make sense, and didn’t fix the issue at all. Next time I’ll discuss with the service manager & waste more of my time |
