2018 Chevrolet Malibu 4dr Sedan

122-horsepower 1.8L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD

1955 mi Defective wire connection between ECM and shutter system solenoid in front radiator cross panel 
4000 mi Shutter system solenoid had to be replaced, weeks after the wire group to the solenoid was replaced. Factory tech group directed the solenoid not be replaced at first visit to replace the wire connection. 
4000 mi CEL occurred, determined to be incorrect dialectic grease on ECM connector. 
5500 mi Fourth occurrence of a CEL related to the wire bundle connected to the shutter system at front of vehicle, due to water infiltration and design flaw.
