Rear suspension on passenger side upper control arm was replaced. It was making a squeaking noise over larger bumps. Replaced with Mevotech brand upper control arm and is quiet again. |
18000 mi | After two weeks of trying to get a service appointment. I walked into CarMax to have the steering slop addressed from the first visit in July. We had just returned from a long weekend to the West Coast of FL with our dogs and the van was very hard to keep in its lane because of the steering slop. I've driven Army trucks that were easier. Van was taken to local Chrysler dealer and the diagnosis was; Failed steering unit. Failed Strut bearings (Both sides), Failed front Struts (Both side) Failed sway bar ends (Both side) Day after Labor Day was the back order expected delivery date of the parts. Oct. 1st parts finally showed up. Repairs have started, in the meantime we have decided to replace this junk with a 2018 Honda Odyssey w/23K miles. Totally have lost any trust in this van, even if the entire steering system is now "New" This should not happen on a three year old van w/18,000 miles |

Clunking when driving over potholes or turning left. Replaced Front struts and swaybar bushings |
7000 mi | Clicking noise appeared during sharp turns coming from the wheels. I think the dealer said that there was a TSB on a previous year model which they found something to do with the front wheel bearings. I don't think they replaced them, but checked it and tightened something. |
