26000 mi		 Heat shield actuator replaced. Vehicle was noisy, appeared to be coming from tail pipe, but a wire had burned. Vehicle was noisy, appeared to be coming from tail pipe. FOUND EXHAUST FLAP ACTUATOR DAMAGED NOT ALLOWING EXHAUST FLAP TO OPEN OR CLOSE PROPERLY CAUSING A RATTLE NOISE FROM THE EXHAUST. Installed new exhaust flap actuator. Lane departure warning system and lane change assist not working. Camera control unit replaced. Windshield washer not pointing correctly. Found the washer jets had been installed incorrectly on wrong sides of windshield. Installed correctly.
