| May 20241105 mi | Engine lost power. Reverse initially did not engage or the back-up camera. After car sat for about one hour, Reverse would engage as did the back-up camera. Dealer did extensive software boots, updates & electronic system re programming. Car made clunking sound at start up & would not accelerate over 35 MPH. DIC msg stated Engine Power Reduced. Creeped home & barely got up the drive. GMC customer care contacted & vehicle was flat bedded to dealership. Trans torn into & 1,2,3,4,5,6 1R Clutch housing cracked replaced as was the piston, seals & clutch plates. TCM reflashed/software updated | ||
