Powertrain performance

Not a torque monster, but the Type-S model really opens up at the upper end of the rpm range. More than enough power to break the law, but with decent gas mileage. And, of course, the silky-smooth shifter action.

Fuel economy

Not amazing, but pretty good for the level of performance.
