A4 has no speakers in rear deck. When they repaired the rattle, they broke a piece of plastic. They ordered the part and repaired it. They brought it to my attention as they didn't want to have any cracks. They were very particular. I was happy. Great dealer service.

Shuddering is 95% gone. I'm satisfied. Mmi knob broke off. Dealer replaced it.

Seperate issue- car lost power going up hill. Mechanic said it was the timing chain (supposed to be lifetime). He said they are repairing at least one timing chain a week because they "stretch out" and then fail. When they fail you have to replace the entire engine. Parts and labor quoted by several shops 10k-12k depending on if purchase a used or new engine. We are going to walk away from the car. It was a pleasure to drive, beautiful, and we absolutely loved it. But we have a hard time with a company and/or product that has major defects and consumers are not told about it or have to pay for major design flaws. The car was a ticking time bomb.

I kept a record of when I added oil and mileage - and provided that info to the Service Mgr. They changed the front crank seal and a valve of some sort.

Dealer replaced filter as part of 15k service and hoped this would fix. Offered to deodorize the system but not under warranty. Disappointing as this has happened since ~ 5k miles. B&O Speakers in the front doors rattle when listening to Sirius talk radio, particularly male voices. Easy to duplicate but dealer claimed they were unable to do so. I'll revisit them in person to demonstrate the issue.

Jan 2009 2000 mi	Advance key option allows the car to be locked and unlocked keylessly by sensors in the door handles. A sensor in one handle showed up as faulty, causing an intermittent problem whereby the sensors do not work correctly. Ordered part. Part installed, but problem quickly returned. Made another appointment to repeat diagnosis.
Feb 2009 2000 mi	Overall, 2 faulty door sensors causing problems with the advanced keyless entry system which were diagnosed on two separate visits. Now everything seems to be working correctly.
