BMW 2-Series Real Gas Mileage: Pros

The #3 pro of this hardcore sports car, surprisingly, is fuel economy. All the major brands are taking surprising lengths to be eco-friendly. In 'Eco' mode, the 300 horsepower M235i can manage a surprising 22/33 mpg. There is a MPG bar constantly running below your speedometer, constantly challenging you to try to make it as big as possible. The car also features regenerative braking to power the car's electrical systems. see full BMW 2-Series review

I knew what I was getting into when I bought it. But come on, 14.8mg on the freeway? I would have bought an H2 if I knew that was going to happen. You have to drive like a grandpa to achieve 17mpg. i.e. - under 65 on the freeway. see full Hummer H3 review
