Why the 2002 BMW 5-Series?

Brand reputation & image

BMW has an implied image to most people. Saying you own a 5 series made those in the know nod their head. The frame was welded aluminum and even after 8+ years showed almost no rust. Buyers of the car were amazed and bought it after a short drive.

Exterior styling

Beautiful lines and looks. Very luxurious with sleek lines.

Handling

A very solid feeling cornering even at higher speeds coupled with the feeling as the G forces from acceleration made this kind of like a city race car.

Reliability & durability

Very little rust after 8+ years coupled with top notch materials lasting quite a long time. Replacement parts were very costly but performed for long periods. Current owners offer great advice on what and when to perform preventative maintenance.
