Main concerns are electrical issues and some driverain concerns as well. Right now Consumer Reports and TrueDelta have little on the six series, but both have information on the 5 series which is a step below. Since the 6 is just more complicated both electronically and with the powertrain, it stands to reason it won't be better than the relatively unreliable 5 series.
