Why the 2004 Buick LeSabre?

Ride smoothness

The car is buttery smooth on the road, which was the main reason I bought it. On the very rough roads of Quebec, it helps greatly to have a soft suspension, and it only gets better on newer, smoother roads.

Interior styling

I like the simple, classic styling of the interior. It feels like a modern take on a classic car.

Quietness

The car is smooth and quiet in almost every circumstance. The quietness makes long road trips easy.

Powertrain performance

While the engine may not be a rocket, it has plenty of power and boatloads of torque for city and highway driving.

Cargo capacity

The trunk is gargantuan, easily swallowing suitcases and purchases during long road trips. I have rarely had trouble finding a way to fit something in the car.

Why Not the 2004 Buick LeSabre?

Safety & braking

The brakes are soft and somewhat spongy. While they bring the car to a stop, they do not inspire a lot of confidence and take a little getting used to.
