Wiper motor malfunction. Dealer claimed I "stripped" the wiper motor due to ice build up on the windshield, but the motor was not stripped. Price shown for dealer diagnosis. I bought and repaired the car on my own after I told the dealer and GM where they could go. Interestingly there was a TSB for this exact issue on this car, where both motors could stop working in cold weather, and the dealer should replace with upgraded unit (was a recall in Canada). After this experience I will not buy another GM vehicle again.

HID headlight replacement -- requires front fascia removal
15000 mi I requested update of the infotainment system firmware because of three instances of one or the other of the car's two screens locking or freezing or not allowing selection of screen options. Firmware update was done by dealer as requested. No further screen problems encountered so far.
18000 mi Several recalls and programs Chevy recommended to be done on the car’s firmware.
550 mi USB ports were non functional upon purchase of car. Dealer replaced USB port module. Issue resolved - Apple Carplay and charging work fine now.

8318 mi Firmware update - 2nd RECALL
5000 mi The car is electric and the propulsion system totally failed while driving. The car had been idle for 3 weeks while I was traveling and the failure occurred the first time I drove it after coming back. The car only got a few hundred feet from my house before becoming completely immobilized; it had to be pushed out of the road. The dealer service department with the help of GM engineers eventually determined that the main battery fuse blew, but they couldn't determine why. They kept the car a long time waiting for the replacement part which they did not have in stock.
5000 mi Software Update required to be updated at dealership
5000 mi Firmware update for erratic system performance and loss of settings
8000 mi 2nd attempt to resolve infotainment system problems
