Chevy knows about the loose/rattle sunshade. Mine rattled when in open position. Dealer replaced with more rigid sunshade. Now rattles in closed position and Dealer refuses to do anything else. Disappointing. The sun shade on the moonroof rattled as though it were loose. Chevy knows of this issue, it's common. After "repair" (which is replacing with a more rigid sunshade), it now rattles when closed.
