I previously owned a 1997 Silverado and had no mechanical problems to speak of in 11 years. I loved the acceleration and handling. This truck is still in the family as I have given it to my son who shares my affection for the vehicle.
Very smooth with no chassis noise
The 08 engine has more power and the fuel management system gives good mileage on the highway
