I drove Datsuns (a Nissan product) in the 1970s, and switched to Nissan Maximas in fall of 2004. I have owned Maximas of all generations except the first (I did carpool in a 1st gen Maxima for three years). I have always been impressed with the features, styling and performance of Maximas. As long as Nissan continues to give me the best combination of price, performance and features, I see no reason to switch. see full Nissan Maxima review
