Diagnosis was paid to check for the rotational noise around 35mph to 70mph and hard vibrations at around 75mph. Dealership didn't find any problem besides some "normal" seeping from rear shocks and reccomended new tires. Paid to replace tires, tire balancing and wheel alignment the next appointment but the noise never went away. But no vibration went away. 3rd appointment another diagnosis was done and it was diagnosed as a wheel-hub beating problem. Part was ordered and 4th appointment to replace the front right hub bearing. Problem fixed.
