Rattle in the trunk area still a problem. There is a loud metallic sounding rattle when driving over even small bumps in the road. They adjusted the latch for the trunk and said it was fixed. They obviously didn't do a test drive after the repair attempt. The tech tracked the problem down a loose siriur module in the trunk. Repairs by insulating and tightening the module.
