Car was brought to dealer for "shift bump" issue so widely reported in the internet with this model. They completely erased the transmission software and reprogrammed it. An improvement but not a complete elimination.
Found out there is an known issue with the Torque Converter locking up at certain speeds. Dodge does not plan on updating the issue since they feel most people don't notice, or fail to complain about it.
Small plastic piece snapped in the shifter mechanism. Repaired the car myself. Took apart the centre console and the gear shift mech, took a piece of metal wire made a small hook with it. Wrapped it around the mech and presto fixo. 3 hrs 0$
The plastic plug's o-ring right above the transmission pan on the passenger side was leaking fluid. It was replaced in less than an hour at the dealer.
Car was "stuck in Park" - transmission would not shift out of Park. Problem turned out to be a broken shift interlock latch inside the shifter unit. I read on LXforums.com about how to fix this and fixed it myself.

A leak in a transmission O-Ring caused my car to lose a lot of automatic transmission fluid. The problem is extremely common to all Charger/Magnum/300 with the 5.7L Hemi Engine and the W5A580 (NAG1) automatic transmission.
