Car driven to dealer next day when only found communication errors with Transmission Control Module. Servicing Dealer did not remove transmission and instead just reflashed TCM. Car subject to prior recall for TCM issue. If break down occurs again will be taken to selling dealer and a lemon law claim may be filed as it would be third issue if another occurrence. Has extended warranty (life time). 
17980 mi Symptom: DDCT. no park assist msg. Error codes said TCM errors. Fix: TCM module had to be replaced. Result: transmission shifts smoother and gas mileage is improved. 
2000 mi Bad slave cylinder badly affected performance of car, making it unsafe to drive

23500 mi Not shifting correctly. Does not downshift while stopped. Starts in high gear. Car acts like it in low gear when foot removed from gas pedal. They have service bulletin regarding this problem but no fix has been indicated.

32860 mi Clutch pedal intermittently sticks to floor & can't get shifter out of gear when this happens. Dealership diagnosed but didn't find issue even after I mentioned issue was on Dodge Dart forum as happening to lots of other Dart owners.
