Slow leak at the transmission's electrical bulkhead. Replaced the part, refilled with ATF (no flush at this time), and all was well. Probably wouldn't have been fine for a while without service, but I was selling it and wanted to fix it.

Engine not specified

1145140 mi

C $3026
Was supposed to be complete rebuild of the transmission. Was not. Only replaced parts that needed to be to make it go. Over $3000.00 for partial rebuild AND it was back in the shop for warranty work 4 days after I got it back. Only 2 things I have to say, 1 don't ever buy a Ford Explorer, 2 if you do don't ever take to dealer ship for work unless under warranty. Thanks. P.S. don't ever deal with Zender Ford Spruce Grove, Alberta Canada
