What Our Members Are Saying about the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2003 Ford Explorer

2003 Ford Explorer Seat Room and Comfort: Pros
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2004 4dr SUV 210-horsepower 4.0L V6
5-speed automatic 4WD w/low range
I needed the 3rd-row seating to keep 3 boys happy in the back seats - this was one of the main motivations for buying this SUV - and because I was so happy with my 97 Explorer. see full Ford Explorer review
2003 4dr SUV 239-horsepower 4.6L V8
5-speed automatic 4WD w/low range
Other than a minivan, the explorer had much more room in the third row than other vehicles of comparable size. see full Ford Explorer review

TrueDelta Reviews the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2016 Toyota Camry

2016 Toyota Camry Seat Room and Comfort: Pros
YearComment
2015 The Camry's rear seat isn't quite as roomy as the Accord's but it's close, and both are much roomier than the Ford's. The rear seat cushions in all three sedans are high enough to provide decent thigh support for adults. Missed in the Camry Hybrid SE, though: a rear air vent. If you want one, you'll need a higher trim level--or one of the competitors. see full Toyota Camry review
