The OEM wheels were installed in place of the Winter wheels on April 12th. First time I had a chance to drive on the OEM Hankooks and there was a slight vibration which gradually got worse over the following days. Took the vehicle back to the dealer and they rebalanced all wheels. Vibration now 95% gone. No Charge. Will continue to drive the vehicle some more to see what happens and report back to dealer service department as requested.

Oil leak developed after 16,000 miles. The Ford is garaged every day and in the Spring when I had it out of the garage to give it a good cleaning, I noticed oil spots on the garage floor that had been building up. I took it to Brewster Ford, the dealership from which I purchased it, and so far, I've had to bring it back 4 times for the same issue - oil leak. The first time, they said they had to keep it overnight because they needed more time to find the source and I was not able to leave it without a loaner. I brought it back a week later at 7:30am and by 3:30pm that afternoon, they said they had repaired the leak by replacing the rear engine seal. I picked up the vehicle and found it leaking within a few days. I brought the Ford back a 3rd time. This time they kept it over night and said they had replaced the oil pan gasket sealant as well as the turbo seal. The vehicle started leaking again within a few days. Last week, I brought it back for the 4th time and now they're telling me that they've had to open a case with Ford to request technical assistance from the engineering group. They said they located the leak and it's not horrible, but that it shouldn't be happening [no kidding]. I don't know what the problem is and neither does the dealership apparently. Still waiting to hear what's going to happen with my new vehicle. I'll never buy another Ford again based on this experience. I think it's a combination of having to deal with a dealership that should have located the source early - why has it taken them this long to finally open a case with Ford? In speaking with the Regional Customer Service Manager, there could be a crack in the block causing the leak and they'll have to replace the engine, but I don't want the vehicle anymore because there may be more issues down the road. I paid $50k for this vehicle, brand new in July, 2016 and shouldn't be having an issue like this so early on. Very disappointed.

After multiple trips to the dealer in an attempt to repair a slow oil leak, Ford agreed to buy the vehicle back from me. I drove the lemon back to the dealer I bought it from only 2 years earlier and they gave me a check and cancelled the balance of my car loan. It was very frustrating lasting months going back and forth to the dealer, but Ford did the right thing and took the vehicle back.

Water pump leaking at shaft seal RR wheel bearing assembly Reverse shift solenoid. Problem was [repaired] under warranty at 95k, replaced and was fine up until now. Having issues again at 140k approx. Looking for part number and going to replace as it is very jarring when placed in reverse and requires increase in rpm to shift in reverse. My understanding the solenoid has a screen on it which plugs with transmission particals and need to increase pressure to flow fluid to shift.
