This car has given me no problems. Just make sure to have all services done at the proper time, including tranny flush at 50000km.

Only one problem - the driver's seat track began to squeak @ about 15,000 miles. Now I have 33,900 miles on my SE hybrid with power memory seats and have had no further problems.

I had expected the dealer to simply lubricate the part, but instead, the dealer ordered an entirely new assembly. It was fixed in less than two hours once the parts arrived. The repair was fully covered under warranty.

I traded in a 2009 Milan Premier AWD with 73K Miles which I thought was one of the best, trouble free automobiles I have ever owned. I purchased a 2015 Fusion Titanium with the 2 Liter Ecoboost thinking it might be a slug compared to my 3 liter V6 Milan. Surprise of all surprises.....this car has more power and torque, and I'm getting 31 mpg all around driving vs 23 with the V6 and 34 mpg all highway vs 26 mpg with the V6. The car FEELS substantially tighter and it handles better! NO problems whatsoever, so far!

I haven't had my 2015 Fusion SE AWD long enough to speak about its reliability, but I love driving this car. If the reliability is as good as the other Fords I've owned over the past 20 years I'll be very happy with that too. I have a 1972 Pantera and a 2015 Shelby GT500 that are mostly collecting dust since I have owned the Fusion. I'd rather hop in the Fusion for a drive than any other vehicle I own. It's that good.

Just bought a CPO 14 Fusion SE Lux, has the 2.0 ecoboost with 37,750 miles, sport shift 6A fwd. Has the 18" dark charcoal sport wheels w/
paint. With the Lux package it has black leather interior, heated power sport buckets. It replaced my '04 Sable wagon LS premium, which I owned for 12 years and 156K miles.

The Fusion has more get up and go, than the 24V 3.0 V6 w/4A, and that had a Spectre brand drop in air filter and Weapon X ignition coils. I was getting 25.1 mpg average econ on that. Driving the same commute I am currently at just over 30.5 mp. Okay, I confess, I'm enjoying the more powerful drivetrain and yet am getting that 30.5mp. I did get a K&N drop in filter and installed it. Would love to get a full on cold air intake and cat-back straight pipes, but the boss won't budge on that. Love the car!

I'll be the lone voice of dissent :)

I had a 2013 Fusion Ecoboost that failed spectacularly. From my review of this car:

1) The wiper motor failed during a snowstorm. Had to be replaced under warranty.

2) Airbag sensor failed. Had to be replaced via recall.

3) Steering box bolts bad, had to be replaced via recall.

4) Overheating problem. Happened just outside the bumper-to-bumper warranty period. Amazingly enough, the "engine" is not considered part of the powertrain, so the powertrain warranty didn't cover it either. $230 coolant bypass sensor replaced at my cost. Ford went halvsies on the repair, but the car still overheated once after that.

5) Left rear shock absorber went bad. Replaced at my own cost, $100.

6) Right rear shock absorber went bad. Replaced at my own cost, $100.

7) Infuriating, impossible to find rattle coming from rear-end. Dealership tried to fix and was unsuccessful, but charged us anyway. Then, dealership tried to blame it on a rear impact, but no paint was damaged and no dents to the outside of the car. Rattle was never isolated before we traded it.

And that's all before 63,000 miles.

To be fair, it looks like I got a dud. But it has made me wary of Fords...
