Your question is not clear. Is the steering wheel off center when driving straight. Or does the car slightly turn with the steering wheel centered. As stated above. Start with an all wheel alignment.

Steering wheel is slightly to the left off centre when driving straight ,( if i let go of the wheel it will still drive straight with the wheel still slightly off centre )
if i put the wheel in centre it will turn to the right,

Under certain maintenance procedures the steering wheel is disconnected. If not reconnected with steering wheel centered then that is where the steering wheel will be. The car will then drive straight but steering wheel will not be centered. So take car to repair shop and pay to have steering wheel centered. Or just drive it as is.
