How Reliable has your car been?

2000 - 2006 GMC Yukon

When I bought this car, it had 215,000 miles on it. Seems like most of the 2004-2008 Yukons for sale had almost this many or more miles. Car does not appear to have that many miles, so I can assume it was well taken care of. Are there specific issues of concern with this vehicle? Maintenance suggestions?
