5-speed automatic FWD		 Mixed city, and short (5-6 miles on freeway) commute averaging 23-24 mpg. Long road trip including some hills ~30-31 mpg. Does appear to get even higher (32 mpg?) on flat freeways around 60-70 mph. see full Honda CR-V review

5-speed automatic AWD		 Had two months and drove 2950 miles. We averaged 29.9 mpg with about 70% being highway miles. Local miles are about 27mpg with between 30-34 on the highways at 70mph. These are actual miles via filling up although the onboard computer is very close see full Honda CR-V review
