One reason the CR-V's price tops out much lower than that of many competitors is that fewer features are available with it. Among other things, you can't get a fancy infotainment system, xenon headlamps, proximity key, or a vast array of collision alerts. If you want a gadget-filled compact crossover, Honda would prefer you buy the recently enlarged, V6-powered RDX (and even the Acura isn't available with as many features as the Ford). see full Honda CR-V review

5-speed automatic AWD		 (didn't know where to place this). The only problem with the CRV are the tires if one lives in snowbelt states. The original tires are horrible in winters with ice and snow and need to be changed. see full Honda CR-V review
