2013 - 2015 Honda Civic

Have an intermittent code of P145C. Have already replaced a solenoid on engine for emission gases and an air intake hose. Code still is intermittent. Anyone else have this issue and get it repaired ?
This is on a Honda Civic 2015 .... 71,000 miles
