The Element has amazing cargo-carrying ability. The fold-away (and removable) seats, low floor, and easy access make it easy to load and unload. It will swallow a huge amount of stuff with ease.
The rear seats have a huge amount of legroom - more than just about any car on the market in any class. There are only 2 seats in back, but the elevated seating and space make them very comfortable for even the biggest adults.
This is not a luxury SUV, which is a good thing. The materials are extremely durable and easy to wash. The fit and finish are likewise excellent. After 105k miles and 5 years, there are no squeaks or rattles.
