Why the 2006 Hummer H3?

Exterior styling

Tough, Unique, & Utilitarian

Front seat room

The seat just fits me better than other vehicles.

Brand reputation & image

Hummer is known for its offroad prowess and toughness.

Controls and instruments

They are intuitive enough to use without looking away from the road ahead. The steering wheel is substantial and feels great in my hands. The knobs on the controls have a soft rubber touch to them that comfortable and easy to manipulate

Why Not the 2006 Hummer H3?

Fuel economy

It could be better... Why no medium-duty diesel?

Cargo capacity

It would have been nice if the rear seats folded flat. Chrysler figured it out, why not GM? A medium-duty diesel would improve the meager towing capacity.

Price or payments

The Hummer name carries a hefty premium. This is made up for in capability.
