Introduction

This is my wife's commuter car, she has a very short drive to work. It's a 2006, 5 speed manual, which makes it fun to drive. She bought it from a Hyundai dealer as an 'as-is' traded in car. It has been extremely reliable, only stranding us once when the starter failed. As far as we know it's the original clutch. She will drive it until it dies. Definately a car car for someone on a tight budget.

2006 Hyundai Accent Love Letter

Body has held up pretty well. Some clearcoat peel around the door handles and a few scrapes here and there. But it's a 14 year old economy car.

Conclusion

I suspect this would be a pretty boring little car with an automatic transmission, but the manual transmission makes it engaging to drive. Cheap little runaround, perfect for people on a budget or a first car for someone.
