Could have put this under "powertrain" ... Infiniti uses one V6 in every car. They design it to rev high and go faster than competition in auto mag comparisons, and that makes it always sound like street racer--fun on test drive; wears thin everyday

Excessive road noise, as corroborated by leading consumer magazine surveys. For 50K you want finesse and sophistication, not just muscle-car speed.
Overly-glitzy interior design. Cannot read Nav/DVD display is sunlight. Too orangey.
"Bloated" look, especially rear-end. Much too similar to cheaper Altima models from Nissan parent company. Headlights set too low (reported repeatedly on owner chat sites) -- ridiculous for 50K car.
