Safety & braking

Now, safety is rated at 5 stars. This is a significant improvement over my 1994, and apparently the 1999-2004 Grand Cherokees.

Price or payments

The Overland is very expensive considering the 2007 warranty lasts only a year!!!!!!! Yes, BIG downer---and the aftermarket warranty has some self-serving aspects like not paying for repairs that go bad. Previous Jeeps had a great warranty.

Exterior styling

Boxy, heavy-looking. Not very attractive. Headlights look too much like a Benz!
