| 2021 | Compared to most other small crossovers, the Kia Seltos has a much roomier rear seat. Rear legroom is a generous 38 inches. Few people will need to step up to a larger crossover unless they need to seat more than four people. The competing Mazda CX-30 (36.3 inches of rear legroom) and the related Hyundai Kona (34.6 inches of rear legroom) have more cramped and much more cramped rear seats, respectively. In fact, the Seltos has about as much room for rear seat passengers as the one-size-up Sportage. (The Sportage will no doubt grow when it is next redesigned.) The Seltos' rear seat passengers can select between two seatback angles. The driver's seat feels nice and comfy, even after two or three hours of driving. Not too much pressure under the legs by the knees, and not too little lumbar support. I imagine the passenger's seat is the same, but I so infrequently sit there I can't really comment. see full Nissan Frontier review |

I only rode in the back a couple times. Keep in mind, this is not a full-sized truck. The legroom isn't much, but sufficient for a smaller adult or, if you keep the trip short, most anyone. The seat isn't really wide enough to comfortably sit 3. Also the seating position is very upright - like church pew upright.
