Very comfortable seats up front with tons of leg room. see full Kia Sorento review
2012 4dr SUV 276-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable automatic AWD
The Kia Sorento had very good seating positions in the front for a very tall person, I'm almost 6'5" and was able to fit with the sunroof / panaramic roof. You get a feeling of control and confidence. You do loose about 1" or so with the see full Kia Sorento review
2011 4dr SUV 276-horsepower 3.5L V6

The third seat was a major factor in our decision process. see full Kia Sorento review
2011 4dr SUV 276-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable automatic FWD
Need 7 passenger seating and the Sorento has delivered. Used 3rd row quite a few times with children AND adults. No complaints, although 3rd ride was usually no more than one hour. see full Kia Sorento review
2011 4dr SUV 175-horsepower 2.4L I4
6-speed shiftable automatic FWD
Good size second row seat. Plenty of room for adults and can fit three child car seats. see full Kia Sorento review

What Our Members Are Saying about the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2013 Chevrolet Volt

2013 Chevrolet Volt Seat Room and Comfort: Pros

2014 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas

  1. Really comfortable heated bucket seats.

2012 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
The front seats offer very good support and the seat bottoms are designed for tall drivers.. see full Chevrolet Volt review
2013 Chevrolet Volt Seat Room and Comfort: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2014 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
Rear seat is adequate, but it is difficult to install or remove a child seat. The cushion is too firm to make this easy. see full Chevrolet Volt review
2014 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
The car is only a four seter so there is no room if you have five people and with the front seats back all the way it is a little tight. see full Chevrolet Volt review
2013 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
The rear seats have limited leg room. A forward facing child car seat (Safety 1st Air Protect) is fine but to install it rear facing would make the passenger seat almost unusable and being a 4 seat there is no option to install in the middle of the rear which i find allows in many cars a good way to keep everyone safe & comfortable. see full Chevrolet Volt review
2012 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
Front seats are semi-hard and covered in strange material. I could see people larger than myself having issues with them. see full Chevrolet Volt review
2012 4dr Hatch 149-horsepower Electric + Gas
CVT FWD
No power seat in a $46k car?? Get real, Chevy. Once you get used to them, though, both front and rear seats are comfortable for up to an hour or so. Longer than that and I need different lower back support that it doesn't have. But they are heated which is nice and it's comfortable leather. A few tweaks and/or an optional chair & this would be a non-issue. see full Chevrolet Volt review
