According to Consumer Reports, the 2017 model year is particularly reliable. Nothing at a rating of average or below - every catagory is above average. 2018 the engine major repair is below average (not much below average but still not very good). 2019 the brake system and noise/leaks catagories are below average. 2020, 2021, 2022 only the brakes are average reliablity, everything else is at least above average.

In general - Toyota and Lexus are very good at reliablity. Most model years are fine but as seen from the warranty data in CR a couple of years have some concerns.
