Headlight was so badly scratched it looked years older than it is. The other headlight is nearly as bad but Mazda will not replace under warranty. Obviously there is no scratch coating on them. Paint is pristine around the headlights.

While washing my CX-7, I reached inside the left rear to grab the passenger assist handle to pull myself up to clean the roof, and the handle BROKE OFF completely in my hand! I almost fell, but caught myself, and safely climbed down from the door sill. Dealer called after about 10 days, after ordering the new replacement left, rear passenger assist handle, and made appointment with me to install the new part. I was at the dealer for about 4 hours while they fixed the car, working on my laptop. Fixed.

On a previous visit, service person caused nasty & deep scratch on bumper when he leaned on exposed 3-prong plug for inline heater. Dealer first tried to do touch up, which was pathetic. On this visit had it fixed & repainted properly by body shop. When CX-7 was towed earlier in month, black plastic cowling under front of car was cracked by tow cable. Part was ordered on first visit and installed on this visit.
